Job Description

• Member of the Bank’s Recovery and Resolution (RRP) Team in Corporate Treasury.

• Responsible for the complete development and production of regulatory deliverables.

• Analyzing financial and operational needs within the Bank’s Recovery and Resolution Plans.

• Understanding proposed and final rules and regulations, assisting in building operating models.

• Collaborating with workstreams, serving as an SME to manage timelines and ensure regulatory compliance.

• Coordinating with key stakeholders, writing content for Recovery and Resolution Plan submissions.

• Developing material and analyses for management presentations and regulatory inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Integral part of the Bank’s Recovery and Resolution (RRP) Team in Corporate
Treasury.

• Responsible for end-to-end development and production of regulatory deliverables.

• Analyzing financial and operational needs within the Bank’s Recovery and Resolution
Plans.

• Understanding proposed and final rules and regulations, contributing to building
operating models for financial and operational capabilities.

• Collaborating with workstreams to develop Plan content and serving as a Subject
Matter Expert (SME) to manage timelines and ensure regulatory requirements are
met.

• Coordinating and gathering information from key stakeholders, writing content
required in the Recovery and Resolution Plan submissions.

• Developing material and analyses for management presentations and preparing
responses to regulatory inquiries.

• The team’s work product is regularly used in discussions with management-level
governance committees, Board of Directors, and supervisory authorities.

Qualifications:

• Solid knowledge of the banking industry’s regulatory reporting rules and regulations.

• Previous experience with regulatory initiatives, resolution planning, or supporting
capital, liquidity, operations, or shared services.

• Effective teamwork in meeting tight filing deadlines.

• Self-starter, able to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, managing
multiple priorities.

• Strong verbal and interpersonal skills, effective communication with various levels of management.

• Demonstrated ownership and a collaborative attitude to build cross-functional
partnerships.

• Experience with the Workiva Wdesk platform is a plus.
