Sales and Operation Strategist

As a Sales and Operation Strategist, responsibilities will include:

1.      Conduct research on technical staffing needs of the leading companies in the industries of Financial services, Retail, Healthcare, Telecommunication and High technology. Some of our potential prospects includes Cisco, Yodlee, Synopsis, Union Bank, Marketo
2.      Analyze and make recommendations to optimize the revenue flow from existing staffing partners
3.      Identify current and future technical staffing requirements by staying abreast with clients need and new projects developments
4.      Assess company's weaknesses and recommend marketing strategies for the purpose of enhancing company sales and positioning our company as preferred provider
5.      Research target market trends for short and long term expansion to help generate new sales leads for the company
6.      Performing competitive analysis against similar staffing providers in each industry to better formulate our value proposition to prospective clients
7.      Analyze current work flows and make strategic recommendations for streamlining or improving our current operation process
8.      Execute gap analysis, cost benefit analysis and SWOT analysis for various internal projects
9.      Thorough understanding of our specialized technologies in order to manage the clients requirement and provide suitable technology staffing solutions
 
In order to execute the above duties, the candidate needs to have strong problem solving, analytical skills in addition to up to date knowledge and good understanding of various IT technologies. To perform daily duties, the candidate needs to have expertise in using MS Project, MS Visio, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
